Branksome Centre Session

Duration: Each session is 1 hour long.

First session is free!

£12 for a single drop in session.

£60 for a block of 6 sessions (£10 per session). This block is valid for 4 months*.

£80 for a block of 10 sessions (£8 per session). This block is valid for 6 months*.

*In case of restrictions such as another lockdown, validation periods will be paused accordingly

Virtual Session

Duration: Each session is 1.15 hours long.

First session is free!

£6 per single session, or

£20 a month for unlimited sessions.

1 to 1 Session

Duration: Each session is 1 hour long.

£45 per session.

Classes.

Yoga Flow.

The Yoga Flow class is a type of vinyasa yoga. During this class we will take time to explore the posture /asana as well as moving smoothly, without spending much time in stillness. 

The posture sequences, or flows, will be diversified every week to meet participants needs and interests. The sequences are practised alongside instrumental music ( except from virtual yoga) and are both challenging and calming.

Throughout the flow, deep breathing is promoted and modifications will be offered, allowing participants to develop a better understanding of their body and how it responds to each posture. We will take the time to move mindfully and find your correct alignment, allowing optimal results in relation to building strength and flexibility, as well as relaxing the mind.

This class is suitable for total beginners, but also ideal for more experienced participants who would like to maintain regular yoga practice.

Dynamic Yoga Flow.

A mix of yoga & Pilates to sculpt and burn fat, with an emphasis on building core strength.

The Dynamic Yoga Flow class has a faster paced flow between postures / asanas.

We will be moving alongside instrumental music, through a fluid sequence, without spending lots of time in postures / asana.

There isn’t a set sequence, so the content of every class will vary according to the interests and needs of the participants. This type of yoga is ideal for those who wish to have a more vigorous practice. The Dynamic Yoga Flow class will strengthen your body, improve your health, and provide a cardiovascular workout.

This class is not suitable for complete beginners, but more suitable for those who have some basic experience and familiarity with yoga. Modifications will be offered to tailor the class to varied abilities.

Live Virtual Class

I am offering the experience of Yoga and Pilates classes online. The classes are held on Zoom; all you need to do is download the Zoom app or join via a web browser, free of charge. The classes will be structured in the same way as a ‘real life’ class, but with the added benefits:

  • Lower cost,
  • Less travel time,
  • Instead of trying to do it yourself at home, have professional guidance to make sure excercises are done safely and improve your techincal skills,
  • Improves discipline, motivation and accountability,
  • Connect with others, and yourself,
  • Gives a place and an opportunity to be more mindful and focussed,
  • See great results; a happier, calmer and fitter self!

Over 50’s gentle Pilates 

This class is specially designed to meet the physical needs of people aged 50 years and over, HOWEVER everybody is welcomed no matter what your age. This class aims to promote independence and vitality in your everyday life.  

The main focus of the class is to support participants in maintaining their over all physical health; especially spinal alignment, strength, flexibility and pain management.

The class includes gentle strengthening and flexibility exercises, as well as practising deep breathing and mindfulness. In addition, we will perform light exercises to further improve your range of motion, allowing  you to move more freely. 

The “50’s and over Pilates” is a low impact form of exercise and is suitable for total beginners.
