The Dynamic Yoga Flow class has a faster paced flow between postures / asanas.
We will be moving alongside instrumental music, through a fluid sequence, without spending lots of time in postures / asana.
There isn’t a set sequence, so the content of every class will vary according to the interests and needs of the participants. This tclass is multi-levelled, so all abilities are welcome. The Dynamic Yoga Flow class will strengthen your body, improve your health, and provide a cardiovascular workout.
Modifications will be offered to tailor the class to varied abilities.
