The main focus of the class is to support participants in maintaining your over all physical health; especially spinal alignment, strength, flexibility and pain management.
The class includes gentle strengthening and flexibility exercises, as well as practising deep breathing and mindfulness. In addition, we will perform light exercises to further improve your range of motion, allowing you to move more freely.
The Gentle Pilates class is a low impact form of exercise and is suitable for total beginners.
